What LankaIndex is

LankaIndex is a public index of Sri Lankan businesses. It records business information in a structured form so that customers, search engines and AI systems can find and understand those businesses.

Accuracy

We work to keep profiles accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or complete at all times. Details such as opening hours, prices and availability should be confirmed with the business before you rely on them. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

Verification

A verified badge means the business owner has confirmed the profile details. It is not a quality rating, an endorsement, or a guarantee of trading standards.

Support

Supporting a business is free, carries no obligation, and has no effect on the price or the service a business offers. Support counts reflect community signal and should not be read as a review score.

Acceptable use

LankaIndex profiles are public and may be linked to and quoted. You may not scrape the index to rebuild a competing directory, misrepresent a business, or submit false information about a business.

These terms may change as the service develops. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
